Yes, yes! I taught at the university level for 20 years and what I could not ignore was that while many of my students worked their butts off, it noticeably helped not to have 1, 2 or even 3 jobs and 2 roommates and no working car while trying to keep a decent GPA. Many of my smartest and most talented photo students were foraged down by a lack of $$ or support of any kind. We need to wake up to what system we have created and try to find ways, both small and radical, to create a new and better system.
