Well I AM biased….. But yup! I agree that meditation is a great way to manage and calm ourselves. What I like most is that meditation can take so many forms, seated, walking, gardening mindfully, all these are ways to fit meditation into a hectic schedule.

I also like that it’s been proven that a mere 2 minutes a day of contemplation and meditation practice can shift our minds and bodies into a calmer state of being. You can meditate longer for more benefit, but if your day is super busy- even a 2-minute meditation, sitting somewhere peaceful or at least quiet will create physiological changes.
